Every library account has a corresponding Personal Identification Number or PIN. When your account was created, it was assigned a default PIN of either

changeme (cards issued before April 1 2007)

or

1234 (cards issued after April 1 2007)

Please note that to use the automated 24 hour phone renewal your PIN MUST CONTAIN NUMERIC CHARACTERS ONLY. If neither default PIN works for you or you need help changing your PIN call the library during regular hours at 248-669-8108.
