You can now renew your items by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (toll free) 888-672-8983. To use this service you will need your library card number (the 14 digit number on your card) and A NUMERIC PIN.

Many people have alpha-numeric PINs at this time (consisting of all letters or a mix of letters and numbers). The phone system CANNOT handle PINs with non-numeric characters. You can easily change your PIN by going to the MY ACCOUNT page and selecting USER PIN CHANGE. You will be asked for your library card number, current PIN, and new PIN. If you have any trouble, please call the library during business hours and we can assist you.
